Poster Guidelines

Conference posters must be 3 ft wide and 4 ft tall, PORTRAIT style. The closest DIN size is AO. Please ensure that text, illustrations, and other elements are sufficiently large to be legible from six feet away.

There will be two posters per poster board, so do not exceed the specified size.

Each poster will be scheduled for a 1.5-hour session (from 4:30 to 6 pm) on either Wednesday or Thursday evening. We will assign unique poster numbers and display them on the poster boards.

On your presentation day, please set up your posters before the morning session or during lunch. Remember to remove your posters after your session.

Posters left behind will be discarded the next morning.
