8th International Symposium on Pathomechanisms of Amyloid Diseases
Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee, we invite you to participate in the 8th International Symposium on Pathomechanisms of Amyloid Diseases from December 8-11, 2026 in St. Petersburg, FL, USA. This conference also serves as the Inaugural 2026 International Society for Proteinopathies (ISP) Annual Meeting.
This four-day symposium will bring together researchers studying the pathology of amyloid diseases, conducting discovery research on amyloid formation, structure, and disease mechanisms, and developing treatment options for amyloid diseases. The meeting will feature workshops, research presentations by internationally renowned scientists, and short talks and poster presentations by early-career scientists, trainees, and students.
The scientific program includes talks by the top international experts in the field as well as in-depth discussions during the informal sessions. Our aim is to summarize what is already scientifically known and learn about the cutting-edge research, and to create a forum where junior trainees can meet and network with established investigators.
Symposium Sessions:
-
Neuropathology of Amyloid Diseases
-
Preclinical Studies on Amyloid Diseases
